Local festivals in Atarfe
Atarfe's patronal festivities honour Santa Ana and bring together the Town Council, associations, families and residents in the streets, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the fairground, the municipal marquee and the procession route.
Usual celebration
The central day is 26 July. The celebration combines a street parade, opening speech, fair, music, children's activities, flower offering and the solemn Santa Ana procession. The precise duration is set by the municipal programme for each edition.
Programme for 2026
The festivities lasted four days, from 23 to 26 July. The programme included a parade and opening speech, daytime fair, water and children's activities, bingo, sport, magic and free concerts in the municipal marquee. The flower offering took place on 25 July; the Santa Ana procession was held on 26 July, followed by a drone display and a closing performance by Demarco Flamenco.

The Andalusian Government declares 24 and 27 July as Atarfe's paid, non-recoverable local holidays for 2026. These are the official employment dates and have not been inferred from the patronal day or the duration of the festive programme.
