The Festival Commission prepared the programme together with the citizens, with more than 140 proposals for children, young people and adults.

The txupinazo of 21 July announced the start of Madalenak from City Hall. Herriko Plaza and other urban spaces hosted a day and night programme in which cultural and sports associations, local groups, the Festival Commission, neighbors and visitors participated.
