Las Patron Saint Festivities in honour of the Virgin of the Viñas They usually occupy the second week of September. They begin with the cannon shot and develop for about nine or ten days. Its main places are the Plaza Mayor, the streets of the centre, the El Picón fairgrounds, the La Isla park and the hermitage of the Virgen de las Viñas.

Traditions include the cannon shot, the floral offering, the mass and procession of the patron saint, parades of giants and big heads, concerts, festivals, fireworks, club activities and family shows. The City Council, the brotherhood, the clubs, the Municipal Folklore School, associations, neighbors and visitors participate. The Descent of the Angel during Holy Week and the representation of the Council of Aranda are other cultural events, different from the patron saint events.
