The festivities in honour of Our Lady of the Rosary and her encierros They constitute the best-known celebration in Cuéllar. The bull runs are declared a Festival of International Tourist Interest and maintain their own identity due to the route of the cattle from the countryside to the urban area. The Henar Pilgrimage, the Mudéjar Fair and the festivities of the neighbourhoods and local entities complete the calendar.

- Usual places: The cattle travel through the pine forests and roads before entering the streets of the town and heading to the bullring. The Plaza Mayor and the historic centre host proclamations, music and other programme activities.
