Festivals in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat
Las Festes de Primavera They are the big festival of L'Hospitalet and coincide with Sant Jordi, the 23 April, as the main date of the cycle. In 2026 were celebrated from 23 April to 26, with a duration of cuatro días. The City Council proposed an edition open to the public space, decentralized by neighbourhoods and with free access to numerous activities.
The programming extended through the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the Rambla de la Marina, the Plaza de Lluís Companys i Jover, the Granvia park and cultural facilities. Among their traditions and acts were the Nit de Foc Infantil, the festive imagination and popular culture, along with craft fairs, crafts and craft beer, concerts, family activities and the Spring of Tapes. The City Council, popular culture entities, associations, artisans, merchants, artists, seniors, families and the public from the different districts participate.
Local public holidays in 2026: The municipal calendar indicates the 25 May, Easter Monday Granada, and the 24 September, Mare de Déu de la Mercè. They are the two local non-working days approved by the Plenary and are not part of the duration of the Spring Festival in April.
