Programme of the Three Kings Parade of Alcoy 2026

The central trilogy of the 2026 Nadal Alcoià was developed from 3 January-5, 2026. The edition brought together Les Pastoretes, the Royal Side, the Royal Camp and the Three Kings Parade.

Notice: The weather forecasts forced the City Council to adapt some elements. The following information incorporates the official update published on 4 January 2026.

Saturday 3 January 2026

  • 12:00: Les Pastoretes, children's parade with shepherds, decorated cars and dance groups. The Primitiva Musical Corporation opened the event by performing L'Entrà dels Reis. The celebration had been postponed from 28 December due to weather instability.

Sunday, 4 January 2026: Real Side

  • 18:00: Departure of the characters of the Betlem de Tirisiti from the Teatre Principal towards the Font Redona.
  • 18:30: proclamation by the Ambassador at the Font Redona and beginning of the Royal Side. April Peidro Llompart wrote the text of this edition and Pau Durà lent his voice to the message.
  • 17:00-20:00: extraordinary reception of large format letters in the Agora.

The procession maintained the schedule, with 14 little donkeys provided with mailboxes for letters. Due to the rain, the new float for large-format letters and the lowering of flares from the Preventotory were canceled; The bonfires did remain.

Monday, 5 January 2026: Camp and Horseback Riding

  • 08:00-14:00: visit to the Royal Camp in the Preventorium, with previously purchased entry. The event was organised by the Samarita Cultural Association.
  • 09:00-13:00: reception and organisation of packages at IES Pare Vitòria for the entities in charge of distributing them.
  • 18:00: departure of the Cavalcade from El Camí. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar walked through the streets of the Centre and the Zona Alta accompanied by the entourage.
  • Durante el recorrido: distribution of gifts by 400 pages belonging to nine local entities and the San Jorge Association.
  • Final del recorrido: Adoration of the Three Wise Men in Plaça d'Espanya.

As an adaptation to the weather conditions, the pages did not use stairs and deliveries were made inside the buildings. The City Council announced an abbreviated Adoration and left the pyromusical show conditional on time.
