Local festivals of Córdoba
The Córdoba Fair is celebrated in honour of Our Lady of Health. The usual period is the last week of May, with an approximate duration of una semana. Como referencia fija local destaca San Rafael, 24 October.
The main venue of the Fair is El Arenal fairground. Traditions include booths, tapas, flamenco, horses, attractions, coexistence and musical programming. City Council, cassette players, associations, families, neighbors and visitors participate.
The local public holiday must be checked each year in the official calendar of Andalusia and municipal agreement. Other events and cultural offerings: Mayo Cordobes, Patios, Crosses, Battle of the Flowers, Holy Week, Guitar Festival, Mosque-Cathedral, museums and municipal cultural agenda.
