San Lorenzo 2026 festivities programme in Madrid
The festivities of San Lorenzo will be celebrated from 8 August to 11, 2026. Arturo Barea Square will be the main stage of a programme that will also reach other streets and spaces in Lavapiés.

- 12:30-14:30: painting workshop, Argumosa street.
- 18:00-19:30: water battle, Arturo Barea square.
- 20:00: “What a thrill” family activity, Arturo Barea Square.
- 21:00: tribute La Penúltima Sabinera, Arturo Barea square.
- 23:00-02:00: DJ Paulo, Arturo Barea square.
Sunday 9 August 2026
- 12:30-14:30: recycled dolls and toys workshop, Argumosa street.
- 16:00-21:00: artistic intervention “Bolardo I go, bollard I come”, streets of Amparo, Sombrerete and Caravaca.
- 20:00: «Zarzuela de Mujeres», Arturo Barea square.
- 21:30: Los Vinagres By Vibra Mahou, Arturo Barea Square.
- 23:00-01:00: DJ José del Rey, Arturo Barea Square.
Monday 10 August 2026
- 19:00: Mass in the church of San Lorenzo, Calle del Doctor Piga, 2.
- 20:00: procession from the church; and children's entertainment in the Plaza de Arturo Barea.
- 21:30: Metroolé, Arturo Barea square; and popular lemonade, Calle del Olivar, 7.
- 23:00-01:00: DJ Madent, Arturo Barea square.

- 19:00-21:00: popular games, reading and crafts, Calle del Doctor Fourquet, 24.
